Bud Simpson is an international director of photography known for his documentaries and brand films.

His cinematography has been featured most recently in the BBC docu-series StoryWorks and in film festivals internationally including Big Sky Documentary Film Festival, Newport Beach, Sidewalk Film Festival, Cucalorus, Oxford, and Oaxaca Film Festivals.

In the commercial world, Bud has shot for brands such as Mercedes Benz, Clif Bar, IHG Hotels, Doosan, and Kodak.

Bud proudly donates a portion of his yearly revenue to his non-profit partner The Kula Project, whose mission is to eradicate poverty through the development of entrepreneurs.

He lives in Atlanta where he trail-runs and fishes.
